How do I set up a remote support session with my fastmetrics™ technician?
| Open a web browser and type in logmein123.com. |

You will see the following window where you will be asked to enter a single use code.
The code will be provided to you by the technician that will be working with you, over the phone.
Enter the 6-digit code provided by your technician.
Then press Connect to technician. |

You will now be asked to download a file.
Click Save. |

A Security Warning dialog will appear. This is normal.
Go ahead and click the Run button.

You will see a dialog asking you to grant permissions for this process.
Click the Yes button.
Your firewall might also request to block the connection, if this appears please select unblock

A chat window will appear.
When the session is finished, you will see the text "Fastmetrics has ended the session".
