Download AstraSync Installer

1. To prevent data corruption “Content Protection” must be disabled on your device.
2. Go to http://www.astrasync.com/
3. You can download a 7 day free trial or buy the yearly subscription.
4. Fill out the requested information and start downloading.
5. Once AstraSync has downloaded click Run to start the installation process.

Installation Process

1. Select Download. If prompted that the application does not contain a signature, click on Continue.
2. Once it has finished installing, click on OK.
3. You will now be warned that AstraSync has attempted to modify your data. Click on OK.
4. If you have an existing account on your blackberry it is highly recommended that you backup your existing data at this point. Also, turn off synchronization of calendar, contacts or emails during this time or you might end up with duplicate emails.
5. You must accept the license agreement to be able to continue.
6. AstraSync will now test the network settings.
7. When testing is done, click on Next.
8. Enter your credentials.
   Note: It is very important that there are no typos in this step or your credentials will not be accepted, and you will not be able to proceed.
   • Email Address: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
   • Server: mail.yourdomain.com
   • Username: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
   • Password: Enter your web access password
9. Click on Next.
10. AstraSync will verify credentials at this time, please wait.
11. When your credentials have been verified on Next to continue. If you receive an error and the verification fails, click Back to try again.
12. Place a check mark by the items that you wish to synchronize with the mail server, then click on Next.
13. All your contact and calendar information in your blackberry (if any) will be uploaded to the server even if it’s already there. This will cause duplicate information. To avoid this from happening you must delete the information on the phone. You can delete all or only the ones that exist on your server.
14. Click on Sync Now.
15. Installation is now complete.
