Step One

From the Home screen touch Settings.

Step Two

Touch Mail, Contacts, Calendars.

Step Three

Touch Add Account.

Step Four

Touch Microsoft Exchange.

Step Five

Enter your account information.Email: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it

Domain: <please leave this blank>

Username: yourname

Password: your password

Description: <this can be whatever you like>



Please replace "yourname" with your actual user name, and replace "yourdom.com" with your actual domain name.

The Description can be anything you want it to be. This is the text that identifies your fastmetrics™ synchronized account on your iPhone.

Unsure about this information? Your system administrator can help you out.

Then touch Next.

Step Six

 

A screen will appear saying "Cannot verify server identity... would you like to continue anyway?"

Press Continue

 

 

Enter the Server name.

This must be mail.fastmetrics.com

Your Mail, Contacts and Calendar information is stored on fastmetrics™ collaboration server.

You will notice that other info is carried over from previous page.

Then touch Next.

Step Seven

Select the data you wish to synchronize.

We recommend you turn synchronization ON for Mail, Contacts and Calendars.

Then touch Save.

Note that when you choose to sync CALENDARS and CONTACTS, local CALENDARS and CONTACTS will be overwritten. You will receive a warning.

Step Eight

Your iPhone is now synchronized!
