| Make Calls, Conference and Transfer Using Pronto Soft Phone |

Making a call from within Pronto Within Pronto, there are 3 options you have for making calls from the default interface, which is your webmail inbox.

![]() If you selected the third option, selecting Call from the drop down menu, your call will be initiated automatically and this window will appear. Otherwise follow the instructions in the next sections to connect your call. ![]() From the Calls window:

![]() This will bring up the dialed number in a new window. The call status will change color to green and display Connected when the receiver picks up. This window provides other simple features:

![]() Once connected, you will get an alert in your IM (instant messaging). ![]() And status will change to green and Connected. To add other parties to your conference call:

![]() Once connected, status will change to green and say Connected.
![]() Transferring a Call This is similar to the conference function. Once the third party is connected, transfer is completed by pressing End Call. You can transfer both incoming and outgoing calls.
