Here is a list of common star codes you can use with your fastmetrics™ Phone System. From Pronto, utilize these in the Create Call window.
  • *51 - bypass voicemail service menu and connect to your voicemail inbox directly.
  • *52 - record your voicemail greeting.
  • *53 - create custom greetings in your Account to leave personal messages or announcements for certain callers.
  • *55 - park a call. The peer will be connected to a service application playing music-on-hold, and your device will be disconnected.

    "Park" a current call by disconnecting from the peer without breaking the call. Later you can reconnect to the peer (to "pick up" the call), using the same or a different phone or device.

  • *57 - pick up a parked call from any of your own devices. The service application finds your parked call and connects you to the peer.
  • *59 - pick up a missed call

     

  • *61 - set up a personal conference with you as the Conference Host
  • *65 - clear a personal conference. You can now start a new conference, even if there is one in progress.

     

  • *69 - return the last call received
  • *40 - ask the system to make a call for you

     

  • *70 - set up call forwarding (call divert). Enter in a number to forward all your calls to.
  • *71 - enable call forwarding ( divert )
  • *72 - disable call forwarding

     

  • *77 - block caller ID sending
  • *78 - unblock caller ID sending
