| Troubleshooting AstraSync on Blackberry |

If your Blackberry does not look something like this, please follow the steps in this guide to re-synchronize your device with our server. ![]()
Scroll down using the track ball and select Options. ![]()
Scroll down using the track ball and select Shut Down. ![]()
Select Confirm using the track ball. ![]()
This screen shows AstraSync shutting down. When shutdown is complete, please restart Astrasync from the BB program screen. ![]()
Move your trackball up to select Yes. ![]()
AstraSync will now initialize. ![]()
Move your trackball up and select Yes to confirm access to mail.fastmetrics.com.
Continue selecting Yes in the screens that follow until synchronization begins. ![]()
When synchronization begins, you will see two arrows in the upper right hand corner of the screen indicating transmission of data. If you have a 3G connection and there is lots of email, contacts or calendar information to update, this can take several hours. Please let the syncing process complete.
