How can I pick up a call ringing on another extension?

This is called Directed Call Pickup.

While the phone is ringing on the other extension:
  1. Lift up the hand set on the phone where you want to answer the call.
  2. Dial *97.
  3. Now dial the extension you want to "steal" the incoming call from.

This will allow you to answer the incoming call from the  local extension.
